WORKS > Suburban RED

The magic of mise en scene is that the artist can create a world by populating it with things that support this world and leave out things that are not necessarily a part of this world. Each item in Suburban RED gave for an opportunity to generate all sorts of artworks that act as props for the final filmed scenes. Part of the reason I make films like this in this manner is that it allows me to participate in many various forms of media making including these imaginary magazine covers.
